1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 57jl Casino ("57jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 57jl online gaming platform accessible at 57jl.one and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 57jl, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 57jl or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

57jl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to have been registered by an individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 57jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 57jl account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Not use another person's identity, personal details, or payment methods in connection with your account.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 57jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

57jl is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out above. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 57jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• 57jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit card.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 57jl account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• 57jl does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to fund your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• 57jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

57jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 57jl reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds. These limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 57jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion between players to exploit promotional offers, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the 57jl platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. 57jl is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.

• Each game on the 57jl platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 57jl's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative and final.
• 57jl reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other event that compromises the integrity of the game outcome.
• Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided by the respective game providers and are available for review within the game information panels.
• Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to the live gaming environment. Players must comply with the instructions of the live dealer and the applicable game rules at all times.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 57jl platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any player who discovers a bug or error must report it to 57jl support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 57jl staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 57jl platform — including but not limited to the 57jl brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 57jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 57jl.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 57jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 57jl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or materials published on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 57jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its content.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

57jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

57jl implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and 57jl cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

57jl may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory authorities in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with our legal obligations and our Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension and Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification procedures.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 57jl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 57jl customer support. 57jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 57jl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

57jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 57jl will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
